New moon… you’re the worst…


Have you noticed that everything is just chaotic right now?


If you are sensitive to cosmic, emotional, or mental energies, you might have noticed the last few weeks have just been AWFUL!

March 31st ushered in our most recent New Moon. New Moons, I feel, mess up our energies and moods even worse than Full Moons, incidentally the next Full Moon is in 11 days.




Buckle up, Buttercup. It’s gonna be a bumpy road...

Some things to be mindful of during these transitions:


  • First, and ALWAYS, be kind to yourself.

  • Hydrate.

  • Meditate.

  • It is ok to take a break.

  • It is ok to get frustrated.

  • It is ok to feel your feelings.

  • It is ok to not have any idea why you are feeling the way you are.


Give yourself some grace during this transition period, know that you are not alone, and eventually things will start to settle.
