Payments and Cancellation Policy

 

PAYMENT:

All payments must be received at the time of your session. Currently accepting credit card payments. Billing information must be available during the first session; failure to provide this information will result in the clinician cancelling the appointment until payments can be secured.

NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

We at Tethered Feathers Wellness, LLC understand that our schedules change, and there may be times you simply cannot make your session. We ask that you give your clinician as much advance notice as possible when canceling a session.

​

NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATIONS:

 

Late cancellations are sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time. You are welcome to explore options for rescheduling. If you are not able to attend or find a mutual time to reschedule the session, you are responsible for the full fee, $65.00, and payment is due at the time of your regularly scheduled session.

LATE ARRIVALS:

Clients are asked to arrive to session on time. If you are running late, please call or text ahead. Your session will end at the scheduled time regardless of your arrival time to ensure that clients that arrive on time are seen in a timely manner.

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late to a session and have not contacted your therapist to make arrangements to reschedule or cancel your session, your therapist will consider the appointment missed and will mark it a NO CALL/NO SHOW.

 

You will be subject to the $65 NO SHOW fee.

If your clinician is not able to attend a session, you will NOT be charged the fee.

NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATION FEE:

If you are unable to provide at least 24-hours notice or you miss your session without cancellation notice you will be charged a $65.00 fee.

 

Please do not email late arrivals or cancellations, email is not guaranteed to be read before session.
