Payments and Cancellation Policy
All payments must be received at the time of your session, package pricing is available. Currently accepting credit card payments. Billing information must be available during first session, failure to provide this information will result in clinician cancelling appointment until payments can be secured.
Clients are asked to arrive to their session on time. If you are running late, please call or text ahead. Your session will end at the scheduled time regardless of your arrival time to ensure that clients that arrive on time are seen in a timely manner.
NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATIONS:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A “no show" is when an appointment is missed without cancelling or rescheduling it with 24-hour notice.
NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATION FEE:
If you are unable to provide at least 24-hours notice or you miss your session without cancellation notice you will be charged a $65.00 fee.
Please do not email late arrivals or cancellations, email is not guaranteed to be read before session.
