Jessica Kennedy, M.Ed, LMHC, CCTP

Jessica Kennedy, M.Ed., LMHC, CCTP is passionate about helping adults reach their mental health and wellness goals. She is a fierce wellness warrior for her clients. Using an eclectic approach to her work, Jessica fully engages each client's needs, beautifully interweaving clear presence with practiced skill. Whether you want to reconnect to yourself, process past traumas, or increase your communication skills she can meet you where you are on your journey.

Jessica specializes in trauma-informed care, she is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, as well as a Compassion Fatigue and Grief Counseling Specialist. Jessica has a special, and personal, understanding when working with those struggling with childlessness, as well as step-parents and childless step-parents. Jessica also reserves deep admiration for the teachers of the world, having been a School Adjustment Counselor for a decade, she offers Compassion Fatigue Critical Care to teachers who are feeling the ever-increasing stress of being a teacher in the current educational environment.

A Disney fanatic and former cosmetics executive, Jessica takes to heart these two quotes:

“Leave it better than you found it.” Bruce Nordstrom

“Whatever you do, do it well. Do it so well that when people see you do it they will want to come back and see you do it again and they will want to bring others and show them how well you do what you do.” Walt Disney

In her spare time, Jessica is passionate about animal rescue, music, and (of course) Disney. She also enjoys painting and reading. When she is not rallying for mental health wellness, she can be found with her husband Greg, their rescue dog Faith, and cats Raine and Blue.
