Individual Counseling

During individual session we will focus on treating emotional difficulties, this may encompass career counseling and planning, grief counseling, trauma-informed care. This is a solutions-focused and goals oriented approach and at times the client may have "homework" to focus on between session.

These sessions can be scheduled for 45 or 60 minutes; weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on client need.

Clients must be at least 17 years of age.

Family Counseling

During family sessions we will focus on the family dynamic and what stressors are possibly interfering with a cohesive family unit. Family members will be allowed to voice their feelings, respectfully, and have those feelings heard and validated.

These sessions can be scheduled for 45 minutes; weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on client need.

Group Sessions

The Self-Care Group sessions are a great way to bring together friends to learn and practice self-care routines. This group are limited to 11 people.

The Childless Not By Choice Group you will find a safe place to experience, process and work through the pain and wanting of being a parent and the process of coming to terms to what like if like without a biological child. This group is limited to 15 people.

The Step-Parenting Group is a safe place to talk about what it feels like to be a Step (or Bonus) Parent, this is a safe place to ask for feedback or just vent about the difficulties of being a Step-Parent. This group is limited to 15 people.

Sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes
