Stress, the more you think about it the more stressful it becomes.
Self-care routines are an easy way to de-stress every day. Self-care is not a one and done sort of event, this is something you need to practice daily.

Create a work-life balance
Make time for exercise
Connect with the people who know you
Practice meditation, prayer, yoga
Get enough sleep
Pet the animals (all the animals...)
Start a hobby
Take a walk with nature
Listen to your favorite music
Cook a delicious meal with people you love
While this is not an exhaustive list of ways to de-stress it may be the beginning, much like this blog, I journal as a way to de-stress. It allows me to validate the experiences I have had while focusing on those things I am grateful for.
